The 2017 Honda HR-V has been built with advanced and innovative safety specifications. The first line of defense is its body structure. Constructed with an Advanced Compatibility Engineering™ (ACE™) Body Structure, this crossover’s structure is specifically designed to protect in the event of a collision. This Honda exclusive design enhances occupant protection and crash compatibility in frontal collisions by attempting to evenly distributing crash energy throughout the front of the vehicle. This is the first step in Honda safety technology.

In addition to the body structure of the 2017 Honda HR-V, Honda employs an advanced airbag system in this vehicle. The Advanced Front Airbags (i-SRS) helps to protect you in the event of a crash.
